The www.toursdepartingdaily website (the “Site”) is comprised of various web pages operated by Tours Departing Daily (“Tours Departing Daily”). www.toursdepartingdaily.com is offered to you conditioned on your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein (the “Terms”). Tours Departing Daily’s mission is to deliver lovingly crafted products of the highest quality, showcasing the beauty of life and the adventure of living.

Electronic Communications 

Visiting www.toursdepartingdaily.com or sending emails to Tours Departing Daily constitutes electronic communications. Cancellation/Refund Policy 

Returns and Exchanges only apply to product that has been purchased at one of the following: Tours Departing Daily Online Store, Tours Departing Daily Physical Location, or through an Authorized Tours Departing Daily distributor. Tours Departing Daily product that is purchased at our store online (excluding promotional items) can be exchanged within 14 days of the purchase date for a credit towards a replacement. It is our company policy that the customer must pay for all shipping expenses to our warehouse on the return/exchange of Tours Departing Daily product. Exceptions may be made if the reason for the return is determined to be a mistake on our behalf. Although, we do our very best to match our images as seen on our monitor to what is printed, this can be vary slightly from what you see based on your monitor brand and settings. This is especially true with brightness. Our monitors are professionally calibrated and we go to great lengths to ensure quality and consistency with our prints; nothing ships unless it matches the original file as seen on our monitors. Unfortunately, we can’t control the settings for everyone’s monitor so we don’t normally replace prints for this reason. All merchandise must be returned in like new (undamaged) condition, in original packaging with any/all accompanying documents received. The condition of the product and validity of the return or exchange claim is left at the discretion of Tours Departing Daily. All returned items must include the original sales or gift receipt. Upon receiving your returned/exchanged Tours Departing Daily merchandise at our warehouse, we will do a quick investigation of the claim and if found to be valid, a replacement item equal in value will be issued to you within 3-5 business days.

Termination/access restriction

To the maximum extent permitted by law, this agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California and you hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in California in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of the Site.
