Hello there. It’s been a while (again). Extra time has been a little scarce of late but it’s good to be back (with several posts ready to go!) and I have a couple of exciting things to share. Maybe we can make this a habit again, meeting here for new adventures. That’s the goal.

The backside of the castle certainly bears resemblance to its inspiration, Neuschwanstein Castle. It makes me wonder if the primary reason Walt was okay with the top’s reversal was to give Disneyland’s Castle a better shot at an identity of its own. I’d say it worked, if so.

The epic conclusion to our 24 Hours in Disneyland you’ve been waiting on pins and needles for is finally here—not that you doubted it would come.
Just think of this like you might Jurassic World; 20 years for a worthy sequel isn’t really that long to wait. Either that or a fine wine. It’s nice to pop the cork, get a whiff, and try a sip, but then you need to let it breathe.
